Anxiety Hypnosis Treatment

After seeing the concern, fear and despair in my anxiety patients who had managed to travel to my practice to receive help, it was clear something more had to be done about it. What about those who could not travel or afford one-to-one treatment sessions? Waiting lists for referred counselling are long and then not always helpful. Yet each day that passed, was another day of despair, unhappiness, fear and frustration. Another day of deepening negative expectation, another day of believing that this is how it was always going to be. That was not good enough! So, with having a successful history of developing self help audio programs such as my IBS Audio Program 100, I decided to do something about it. This program is the result. With its explanations, resource libraries, imagrey, structured interlinked sessions, listening schedule and progress log, in the accompanying booklet.
