We prepare you, using our resource libraries.
These are sessions where you learn ideas and concepts to help you prepare to move on.
We explain simplistically why you feel the way you do, about how your internal energies are drained, and need recharging before you move on. You will learn about your core energy, emotional reserves and the energy you keep for yourself.

Once you have the basic understandings, we use two gentle sessions to help you become accustomed to working with Michael Mahoney the author and presenter of this comprehensive audio program.
Then you are prepared for the 10 interlinked structured sessions, which are outlined and delivered in a way that each session builds upon the preceding one, giving confidence in your knowledge, positive feelings and more. knowing that as you move on, you are creating a foundation of confidence for you to use, to help you move forward.
The more comfortable you feel at the deepest level of you, the better you feel in all aspects of your life.
